Bridge's victory was soured by a late injury to Steven Paffett that looks likely to keep their skipper out of action for several weeks. The game itself was between two evenly matched sides and with 12 minutes to go, thanks to some fines saves from George Medd and Alastair Hogg, the only goal separating them was an Ollie Uffindall goal set up by Ollie Bone. Then on 78 minutes a brilliant individual goal from Paul Eagling was quickly followed by a second from Uffindall. It seemed like game over but CSC had other ideas and on 82minutes Neil Blaken fired in a free kick and Biagio D'Amore added a second soon afterwards. Bridge still had something left in the tank and just before the final whistle Uffindall eased the nerves when he headed home a pin-point Darren Fowles cross.
