Bridge's task was not helped by the last minute withdrawal of their keeper and their cause was further exacerbated when they found themselves four goals in arrears by half time through goals from Max Rapkin (2), Rich Hunt & Sam Hall. Gary Watts did give Bridge brief respite with a goal early in the second half but Jamie McConnell quickly restored the four goal advantage and further goals from Pete Drury and a second from Hunt completed the rout.
