A strong second half from the visitors gave them the points to maintain their position as leaders of Division 2. Bridge had enjoyed the better of the first half with Tom Ekin giving them the lead and a strong defensive performance, superbly marshalled by Craig Tetley, keeping Boston in check. Within five minutes of the restart Adam Tasker put the sides back on level terms and when Dom. Piedon put Boston in front with 14 minutes some Bridge players looked like they were suffering residual effects from extra time the previous day and had little left in the tank.
