Bridge had little difficulty overcoming a struggling home side who were only able to muster eleven players for the fixture. Danny Webster opened the scoring for Bridge on 12 minutes with Dan Saxon adding a second eight minutes later and Johnny Brear putting Bridge firmly in control three minutes before the break.  Tom Deighton pulled one back for Coach two minutes into the second half only for Brear to restore the three goal cushion on 70 minutes and Craig Kitching in a 4 minute cameo made it five. Andy Layton got in on the act with a sweet strike on 80 minutes and a minute later Uffindall completed the scoring.
The match was dedicated to the memory of local lad Thomas Jacobs who was tragically killed in a road accident earlier in the week.
