Bridge cantered to an easy win over their mid-table opponents in what turned out to be a typical end of season affair .It was the visitors who opened the scoring when Carmody finished off a sweeping move , this stirred Bridge into life and when Laverey was brought down in the box 10 mins later Tom Smith stepped up to score the resultant penalty. Two goals in 4 mins just before the break put the home side in command the first from Tony Laverey (his first since returning from duty abroad ) and then Andy Hall scoring the goal of the game getting on the end of a five man move. Jonny Hunt put Bridge five up on 50 mins and it was left to Hoods Hartigan to have the final word with a 20 yard effort to make the score-line 4-2.
