Boroughbridge AFC5 Apr - Dream Team Transfer Window

The third and final Dream Team transfer window of the season closes tonight and is your final chance to shake up your team before the push for the title. Normal rules apply and transfers are free. Boroughbridge AFC7 Apr - Match Reports

Match reports are now online for all four od last weekend's matches, three of which ended up in 'Bridge victories. The first, 'A' and Sunday teams beat Whitkirk Wanderers, Pannal Sports Reserves and Scholes respectively, the last of those victories booking a trip to the Claro League Challenge Cup Semi-Final.

9 Apr - Under 16s into Cup Final

Both congratulations and good luck to 'Bridge Under 16s who have reached this year's Maddison Cup Final. They beat Pannal Sports Panthers and Nidd United on their way to the final which will be held at Harrogate Town on 25th April at 2p.m. Their opponents will be any one of Kirk Deighton, Harrogate Railway and Pannal Ash.

10 Apr - Results: 'Bridge Win, But Only Just

Boroughbridge AFC made sure they stayed very much at the sharp end of the West Yorkshire Premier Division with a one nil win over Aberford Albion in a lackluster clash at Aldborough Road. Ben Jones scored the goal mid-way through the second-half in a largely uneventful match. Other results of importance to 'Bridge can be seen below. Meanwhile the Reserves earned a nil nil draw at Horbury Town Reserves which helps their fight to stay clear of a relegation battle. On Thursday evening the 'A' team fell three one to Kirkby Malzeard Reserves.

The new date for the postponed Charity Cup Final against Ripon City has now been set for Wednesday 28th April. Thematch will be held at Harrogate Railway and kick-off time has yet to be set.

11 Apr - Results: Penalty Hat-Trick For Scaife

Boroughbridge AFC Sunday saw off Black Swan Barwick earlier today thanks to a hat-trick from Paul Scaife with all three goals coming from the penalty spot. The penalties help 'Bridge on their way to a six goal to three victory with the other goals coming from Andy O'Hare, Ryan Devine and Joe Turner. In yesterday's late match the 'A' team lost three one at Burley Trojans Reserves with an 89th minute Scaife goal a scant consolation.
